Run for the hills (or the Dolomites, to be exact) for a chic and rejuvenating wellness retreat this November.

Get ready to switch off, unwind and rejuvenate at this scenic and stylish retreat. Taking place in the heart of the Dolomites next month, join ADLER Lodge ALPE for a luxury wellness retreat.

Join the hideaway for a 3 week-long yoga programme in the dark skies location of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dolomites.

Perfect for anyone in need of a total escape from the outside world, soak in the glorious unspoilt landscape and find a sense of calm, intensified by the various yoga sessions. Led by Omar Mura, an expert Hatha and Ashtanga yoga practitioner, there will be daily 90-minute Ashtanga yoga classes in the morning designed to help guests clear their minds and simply switch off.

Held in the hotel’s airy glass-roofed studio room, stretch and marvel at the beautiful panoramic views over the Dolomites including the craggy peaks of the Sassolungo and the Sassopiatto.

Afternoon sessions meanwhile, will include Pranayama breathing exercises, in addition to which there will be purifying infusions in the Finnish sauna and the chance to put a spa voucher towards a relaxing treatment.
