Armani Hotel Milano Appoints New Executive Chef

Calling all foodies! Michelin-starred restaurant Armani/Ristorante, a beautiful dining destination perched on the 7th floor of Armani Hotel Milano, has welcomed Francesco Mascheroni as its new Executive Chef.

The talented Mascheroni, who features a long career spanning from Italy and Switzerland and expertise in the kitchen of the Armani empire, is set to bring a menu filled with creativity and experimentation and continue the restaurant’s Michelin-starred standards.

The starred Armani/Ristorante overlooks the beautiful centrw of Milan. Sharp and clean lines, natural colors with shades of gray and sand, and a magnificent panoramic view of the skyline of Milan from the Duomo Cathedral to the futuristic skyscrapers in Porta Nuova – it’s a meal experience that’s not to be missed. 

Mascheroni’s menu will feature a range of delights, including:
• Mazara red shrimp, carrot, passion fruit, ginger, lukewarm butter
• Duck foie gras, pan brioche, Carmagnola red pepper jam with vanilla
• Slow-cooked lamb and roasted, creamy Garfagnana spelt, carrot, ginger
• Langustine, baby squid sauce, tomatoes “confit” in Polifemo extra virgin olive oil
