Set on the prestigious Via Manzoni, the even exclusive apartments, which debuted on August 29, 2024, offer the perfect base for guests to experience the city’s dynamic atmosphere, combining traditional Milanese elegance with a contemporary flair.
Each of the sumptuous abodes, designed by Olga Polizzi, Director of Design at Rocco Forte Hotels, in collaboration with renowned designers Paolo Moschino and Philip Vergeylen, provides an extraordinary living experience. Their design incorporates classical elements such as original stucco ceilings, frescoes, and antique furniture, especially on the palazzo’s Noble Floor, while the upper floors boast modern glass windows and terraces, offering a balance between Milan’s rich heritage and its forward-looking design ethos.
The apartments are named after four of Milan’s most iconic districts: Brera, Duomo, Isola, and Tortona, making them landmarks in their own right. With a thoughtful blend of old and new, these residences offer guests a distinct sense of place, reflecting Milan’s status as a global style capital.
The apartments also provide luxurious amenities tailored to meet every guest’s needs. A dedicated concierge, valets, a private chef, and an exclusive-use gym are just a few of the services available, ensuring the utmost comfort and convenience.

In collaboration with Philip Vergeylen and Paolo Moschino, we created a design that blends elegant Milanese style with the comfort and warmth one would expect in a home. The residences embody the true sense of Milan through the architecture and design, which is a complete mix of old and new. The magnificent building is classical 19th century, yet we have used contemporary elements throughout, keeping the building’s past alive through the frescos and fireplace features. I always enjoy collaborating with Paolo and Philip, who we have worked with on many occasions – they understand that comfort is as important as interesting design.”
