Bite SizedQuestions

What has been your mostmemorable dining experience?

It’s always the one that has not happened yet, the next to be, the next one on the list.

Is there anything you wouldnevertry?

Too late, I’ve already done that. Like Kurtz, I went straight to the “Heart of Darkness” and tasted a metallic, quintessentially awfully reptilianian 20 years snake gendered marinated rice alcohol.

What’s your favourite comfort food?

Soba noodles tutti frutti. And pump up the horseradish.

If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Acocotte of Lapinde Garenne, followed by a full regional farm cheese board, followed by a second bottle of Grange des Pères, followed by a cloudy caramel millefeuille. And Selosse’s champagne before all that.

After a long week, what’s your tipple of choice?

Fastening myself to mybed and receiving friends for Tea like Yoko Ono and John Lennon.

What are the three finer things in life that you secretly indulge in?

Bacchus, Tobacco & Venus. And tons and tons of daily Gyoriko japanese Tea for unending repenting drinking.

Describe yourself in three phrases…

Vegetarianly Oriented. Curiously undiscreet. RADIOHEADish.
