Executive chef of Angler, Tony Fleming’s work was awarded a Michelin star in September 2013, a year after launch. Considered one of London’s top seafood restaurants, he uses the freshest fish from small, family-run fishermen’s daily catch. He focuses on letting the quality of the ingredients through, alongside flawless yet simple arrangements in his dishes.

Chef Fleming first London to work as a chef de partie for Marco Pierre White – first at the Criterion and then the triple Michelin-starred Oak Room. Having left MPW, he worked for Richard Neat in the OXO Tower, as well as at the Great Eastern Hotel. Most recently, Tony was executive chef at One Aldwych in London.
