Brought up in Africa with an epicurean father, ChefDevalkeneer put his passion into use for the first time in the kitchen of Le Bistrot du Mail which opened in Brussels in 1992, andthe Scholteshof with Roger Souvereyns later.
Since being at the helm ofLe Chalet de la Forêt’s kitchen, Pascal has been awarded 2 Michelin stars amongst other accolades.
