Combining Ancient Chinese cuisine and Arabian decor, Lee Kok Hua is currently at the helm of Hakkasan inAbu Dhabi. A master ofChinese and Cantonese cuisine, he came to Abu Dhabi havingpreviously been at Hakkasan Hanway Place where he worked under Head Chef Tong Chee Hwee for five years.Signature Hakkasan dishes like Peking Duck with Caviar and Grilled Wagyu Beef with King Soy Sauce are served alongside a set of new dishes created especially for an Emirate clientele.

With the Hakkasan ethos of the modern ethnic in mind, the restaurant was designed by long-time design partner Gilles & Boissier, while alsointerpreting it for the United Arab Emirates clientele. The result is one of elegance and modernity, with traditional embroidered furniture and marbled Chinese forms combined with the main dining area,crafted into a wooden cage and surrounded by backlit blue glass and a stainless steel frame.
