Chef Igor Jagodichas been at the helm of the Strelec restaurant since 2012, where he offers aculinary crossroads between the cuisine of the Alps, the Adriatic and the Pannonia. He also combines flavours and techniques from the past, with those frommodern and avant-garde cooking. The restaurant perches on the top of Archer’s Tower, giving a spectacular view over the city of Ljubljana.

From 2008 to 2012 Jagodic was Chef in Hotel Vila Bled, having gained experience as Chef in Grand Hotel Toplice in Bled and Chef in Hotel Astoria in Bled. However, his training excelled abroad atNOMA in 2010,Schlosshotel Lerbach, and Gourmet restaurant Lerbach.
