Enjoy the menu and let your eyes wander over the rooftops of Cologne whilst dining at Hans Horberth’s restaurantLa Visionat the Hotel im Wasserturm in Cologne, which since Horberth began his reign in 2008, has reached equally dizzying culinary heights, receiving two Michelin stars.
Before starting atLa Vision,Horberth used to work for Johann Lafer at his restaurant Stromburg, where he acted as sous-chef. Alongside his work in the kitchen, chef Horberth has also written two cook books, both of which offer recipes of his modern German gourmet cuisine.
