Recognised for his flawless work ethic and wonderful cuisine, Gary Jones has been a force to be reckoned with for decades. His cuisine in ‘sLe Manoir aux Quat’Saisons is focused on local, quality produce. Overseeing a brigade of kitchen staff and the Michelin star restaurant’s food, Chef Jones personally sees to sourcing the ingredients to ensure the best produce possible.
His experience has seen him work in some of the most reputable kitchens, including ‘s Waterside Inn among others. He has picked up technical precision from the masters of French cuisine, as well as an abundance of creativity. Subsequently, he has been showered with accolades. As Head Chef at Waldo’s inCliveden, he was awarded 8/10 in the Good Food Guide, a Michelin star and four AA rosettes.
Since joining Le Manoir in 1999, he has seen the restaurant be awarded 2 Michelin stars,5 AA Rosettes and9/10 Good Food Guide.
