Award-winning chef Dieter Koschina from Austria has been at Vila Joya since 1991 and has had two Michelin stars since 1999. Koschina oversees agourmet dining experience with creativity and quality serving up exquisite and delicious food with finesse.

Each January Chef Koschina brings together some of the world’s finest chefs for Vila Joya’s Tribute to Claudia Festival. During the festival he hosts the most popular evening, Koschina and Friends, when he and other chefs create a tasting menu of their signature dishes.
