After training as a baker, Chef Peifer began his journey to become one of the best young Michelin star chefs of Germany.

Havingbegun his apprenticeship in the Swan, he moved to the gourmet restaurant Freundstückin Deidesheim, which is currently awarded 1 Michelin star and 16 Gault Milliau.After completing his apprenticeship he remained there for another year to then switch to the guest house Erfortin Saarbrücken. After this he found the newly opened restaurant of his former vocational teacher, the Hofgut Ruppert Ruppert mountain. Here he climbed his way through the kitchen positions, until he was Head Chef.After a year and at a young age of 23, he was awarded7 out of 10, as Discovery of the Year 2010 at the gourmet guide Gusto.

Knives, a few bottles of good wine from the palatine, a lighter and my girlfriend Bettina.
