Arnaud first took an interest to cooking at a very early age, watching his father cooking at the family restaurant. After having completed his cooking studies, chef Lallement began working his way through the kitchens of some of the most reputable restaurants, with some of the most respected chef. Among them, Roger Vergé, Michel Guérard and Alain Chapel.
He returned to his family at L’Assiette Champenoise and has brought it from strength to strength and to the highest calibre of culinary establishments with three Michelin stars.
