Adorned with two Michelin stars, chef Antonio Saez is a master of Catalonian gastronomy. Today, he heads up restaurant Catalan, at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, for the delight of the capital’s epicureans. With Gaudí-style décor, Catalan embodies all things Spanish, offering dishes that use the best imported ingredients from Catalonia’s tranquil mountains and deep seas. Chef Saez combines the vibrant, colourful nature of traditional Spanish cuisine with modern, sophisticated aesthetics and techniques.

After having had ten years of extensive culinary experience, working in some of the best kitchens in Spain and obtaining two Michelin stars at Lasarte restaurant, chef Antonio relocated to Abu Dhabi. He has brought a Spanish flair to the exciting capital, which continues to excel in the world of fine-dining.
