Can you tell us a bit about Ktima Gerovassiliou, its history, its vision and its philosophy? In 1981, I started reviving the family vineyard extending over 2.5 hectares in my hometown, Epanomi, approximately 25 km southeast of Thessaloniki, in northern Greece. In this unique ecosystem I planted mainly Greek, but also foreign grape varieties.
