Rocco Forte Hotels will open the doors to The Carlton Milan on 6 November 2025, marking the group’s sixteenth property and its second in the city. Located between Via Senato and Via della Spiga—two of Milan’s most emblematic addresses—the new hotel reinterprets one of the city’s most storied names with a distinctly modern sensibility.
Now accepting reservations, The Carlton Milan reflects Rocco Forte’s continued expansion in Italy and its refined approach to contemporary hospitality, offering a new vision of luxury for Milan—one that balances heritage and innovation, sophistication and soul.
Inside, the hotel is designed as a space where art, design, and Milanese culture converge. Interiors have been conceived by celebrated designers Philip Vergeylen and Paolo Moschino, working in close collaboration with Lady Olga Polizzi, the group’s Deputy Chairman and Design Director. The result is a setting that feels both deeply personal and unmistakably Italian. Across 71 rooms and suites, each space is imagined as a private residence—thoughtful, tactile, and imbued with character.
Culinary direction comes from the renowned Chef Fulvio Pierangelini, whose vision extends through the hotel’s restaurant, cocktail bar, and serene inner garden—a hidden enclave offering calm in the midst of Milan’s energy.
The hotel’s wellbeing offering centres around the Irene Forte Spa, where nature-led rituals and longevity philosophies are seamlessly integrated into the urban rhythm.
