The 8th edition of ICWS, the Italian Cuisine World Summit, the most influential event promoting Italian quality food, design and lifestyle outside of Italy, will take place in Dubai from 7-24 November 2016.

34 chefs with 37 Michelin Stars between them come together to celebrate the art of Italian Cuisine, joining hands to impart their endless culinary knowledge amongst food connoisseurs, restaurateurs and foodies alike.The Summit is promoted bywww.itchefs-gvci.coma network of over2500chefs and restaurateurs working in over 70 countries in the world in collaboration with some of the bestItalianrestaurants and hotels in Dubai. The main partner of theSummitis the Italian Restaurant Consulting, a Dubai based leading international organization that assists Italian restaurants and food outlets all around the world to become sound and successful businesses.

The Summit will run in Dubai and Abu Dhabi from 7 November to 24 November and will see the participation of Dubai’s leading restaurants and companies; from The Pizza World Summit to the Risotto Contest and the Pizza of the Future.

Having launched a dedicated UAE chapter earlier this year, Italian Restaurant Consulting is ready for the Italian Cuisine World Summit 2016, offering guests and gourmands of all ages and nationalities a taste of Italy’s world-leading culture and reputation for the best food in the world. As a leading international organization dedicated to the promotion of Italian Cuisine globally, Italian Restaurant Consulting is born out of a network of well-established chefs and restaurateurs, which allows it to assemble a stellar line up of names in Dubai. This eighth Summit will run from 7 to 24 November at iconic locations around the city.

This is the fourth time the event is being held inDubaiand the 2016 program looks set to take the celebration to new heights. Highlights of the week includes aSpeciality Food Festival(November 7-9), which will feature cooking demonstrations and competitions from Italian Michelin-starred Chefs, and the ‘United Nations by Italian Cuisine’ Gala Dinner, which will see 180 cooks from 18 nations, representing a total of 36 Michelin stars, prepare a dinner for 600 guests. The dinner aims to be the largestItalian culinaryshow outside ofItaly.
