The Lab’slaunch takes place on 25 April at Tobacco Docks, London, and promises a spectacular chef line-up and set of DJs to open and close the night.
With top chefsAlex Atala,Massimo Bottura and Lars Williams– Noma’s head of research and development – playing host to a number of unique masterclasses and tutorials such as theNoma Flavour Test, The Lab is set to be an event not to be missed.
Joining the star studded international bill is Dinner by Heston Blumenthal’s Ashley Palmer-Watts, who will present alongside world renowned forager Miles Irving on the live stage. Pioneering drinks creators,Tony Conigliarowill also be making a guest appearance. TheAEG Experiment will showcase the creativity and thinking of many of the UK’s top chefs including Bo London’s Alvin Leung, The Kitchen Table’s James Knappett, Bruno Loubet and Duck & Waffle’s Daniel Doherty.
Other features include aResearch Loungefor insider info, tips and techniques from the professionals. An interactive mixology lab and pour your own beer feature will run alongside the experimental cocktail bar.
