Michelin starred Bohemia bar and restaurant in Jersey has launched a limited edition collection of 1970’s Negroni.
Vintage Negroni

Award winning Jersey restaurant, Bohemia, is offering the chance to taste what experts such as Ben Ellefsen are referring to as “completely, unequivocally epic”.

It is of course the vintage Negroni, an authentic taste of a bygone era in which the ingredients of Red Vermouth and Campari were macerated rather than distilled. This variation of spirit making ensures that the drink ages well and matures in the bottle. It results in a richer, darker coloured liquid and a much deeper flavor on the palate.

The taste of the 1970’s vintage Negroni is like no other and offers cocktail connoisseurs the chance to sample a truly rare treat. With its unique smoky flavor and deep amber hues it instantly transports you back in time.

But you will need to hurry if you want to get a taste of the tipple because there is only a very limited supply of this liquor available.Bohemia owner, Lawrence Huggler, has even been turning down requests to purchase a whole bottle in order to allow as many guests as possible a chance to sample this truly outstanding vintage Negroni.

For an exclusive opportunity to taste a piece of history head to Bohemia.
