Yauatcha City certainly don’t hold back on their new Supreme Saturdays lunch menu that launched today, cocktails included. Here are the recipes for the delicious Lychee Martini and Espresso Martini you could enjoy, with details about the menu included…

From Saturday 19thSeptember Supreme Saturdayswill be available every Saturday from 12pm- 5pm. The menu costs £49 per person for a minimum of 2 guests and reservations can be made by emailingreservations@yauatchacity.com.

Lychee Martini

Ingredients

40ml Belvedere Vodka

20ml Briottet lychee liqueur

25 ml fresh lychee juice

5 ml syrup gum

1 wedge of lime squeezed and discarded

2 drops of bittermens orange cream citrate

Method

Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shaker till fully combined. Then double strain into a martini glass.

Espresso Martini

Ingredients

35 ml belvedere vodka

15 ml H by Hine cognac

15 ml Kahlua coffee liqueur

5 ml Gomme syrup

1 spoon vanilla sugar

1 espresso

Method

Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shaker till fully combined. Then double strain into a martini glass.
