Join FOUR Top Chefs For Charity Dinner In Kensington, London

Raise important funds for charity whilst enjoying exceptional dishes at this special one-off dinner hosted by chefs Jason Atherton and Pierre Koffmann.

Taking place this June, a culinary quartet of award-winning chefs, including Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton, will come together to create a unique gourmet dining experience in aid of the charity DEBRA.

The DEBRA Butterfly Ball will feature a night of dazzling entertainment – including a bespoke four course dinner, champagne reception and wines with each course, all hosted at the luxurious five star Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington.

Jason Atherton, Chef-Patron of London’s Pollen Street Social, and three other world-renowned chefs are giving their time for free to support the DEBRA Butterfly Ball.

The dinner will feature specially created dishes from Jason Atherton, Pierre Koffmann, Claire Clark (MBE, MOGB) and Steve Munkley – ensuring a night of pure fine dining delight.

Alongside the gourmet menu, there will be live music and dancing, as well as a guest talk from Falklands War veteran and DEBRA President, Simon Weston CBE.

Not only fun, the night all also help raise important funds – with 100% of the proceeds raised going towards funding specialist EB nurses.

DEBRA is the only national charity in the UK providing care and support to people suffering from Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) and funding pioneering research into effective treatments and a cure for the potentially fatal skin blistering condition.

Menu highlights will include:

1 Jason Atherton: multi Michelin-starred chef and owner of 15 restaurants worldwide, including Pollen Street Social, London
Colchester crab on toast, brown crab butter, lemon gel, pickled cucumber and celery

2 Steve Munkley: Executive Head Chef at The Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington
Pan seared stone bass, pistachio arancini with sweetcorn and samphire chowder

3 Pierre Koffmann: renowned French Chef, one of a handful of UK based chefs to have been awarded three Michelin stars
Fillet of beef Wellington, sauce Bordelaise, potato gratin, seasonal vegetables

4 Claire Clark MBE, MOGB: multi award-winning Pastry Chef and Director of Pretty Sweet
‘Tea and toast’, Earl Grey cheesecake with bergamot gel, lavender crème fraiche parfait and baba toast
