Join seven of the UK’s most talented chefs for a night of pure gourmet opulence in aid of Hospitality Action this June.

There’s dinners, and then there’s one-of-a-kind, can’t-miss gourmet dinners. This June, Hospitality Action (HA) is set to host an exclusive evening at one of London’s most prominent hotels, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.

Seven of the UK’s most notable chefs will be joining forces to conjure edible delights for the night – which aims to highlight HA’s important work to keep hospitality workers happy and healthy.

Established in 1837, Hospitality Action, the Hospitality Industry Benevolent Organisation, offers vital assistance to all who work, or have worked within hospitality in the UK who find themselves in crisis.

The seven chefs will deliver an exclusive four-course menu – details of which will only be revealed on the night.

The impressive line up of chefs comprises Principal Patron, Jason Atherton, Tom Kerridge, Michel Roux OBE, Gary Usher, Paul Heathcote MBE, Ashley Palmer-Watts and Nigel Haworth.

Celebrated chef, Brian Turner CBE will host a live auction with prizes including dinner for 18 people in the Private Dining Room at Kerridge’s Bar & Grill. All funds raised on the night will go towards the charity’s work supporting hospitality employees who have fallen on hard times.

Hospitality Action’s Chief Executive, Mark Lewis commented: “We are incredibly fortunate to have such committed, skilful and high-profile chef patrons.

To have them all in the same kitchen together cooking for our guests is unprecedented. Hospitality Action is a force for good and in uncertain times, we’re more determined than ever to surround hospitality people with our message to reassure them, that when life takes a wrong turn, we’ve got their backs.”
