Named one of the top 50 best chefs in Germany, there is no doubt that Sascha Stemberg is a rising star in the culinary world. This March, he will be leaving his home country behind to head to Bangkok for a special six-course feast, treating guests to a taste of his dishes at Park Society at SO Sofitel Bangkok.

A must-try for any gourmand, Stemberg will be serving up cuisine with serious creativity. His fresh cooking style will not only fill your stomach but spark your inspiration with it.

The Michelin-starred chef transforms refined ingredients with original recipes to construct dishes that both boggle and dazzle. Gastronomic poise runs in the family of Stemberg. Since 1864, the Stembergs have been pioneering and perfecting their home cuisine. Today, the family restaurant Haus Stemberg has earned a portfolio of achievements, from one Michelin star to an impressive 17 points at Gault Millau.

The six-course set menu will offer a chance to try his unique dishes in the heart of Thailand. Think marinated lobster tempered with exotic curry and charentais melon, succulent sea bass, gamey quail with aromatic champignons mushrooms and sumptuous roasted pork sirloin paired with crisp green apple.

• “Marinated Lobster” pairing with Mini Moet & Chandon Champagne
• “Tomatoe Salad” pairing with Seehof, Riesling, Germany
• “Grilled Sea Bass” pairing with Chardonnay, Montes Classic Series, Central Valley, Chile
• “Quail Supreme” pairing with Domaine La Croix Belle, Syrah, Languedoc Roussillon, France
• “Roasted Pork Sirloin” pairing with Argento, Malbec, Argentina
• “Dark Chocolate Cremeux”

Cost: Guests shall dine with a choice for six-course only at THB 3,500++ persons, or adding top picked wine pairing lists with additional of THB 2,500++ per person. Seats are limited and advance booking is required.
