What?

Aiming tostimulate, amuseand delight, The Art of Dining is launching a series of London-based pop-ups in ode to the effects of colours on our dining experience. Each experience will touch on all thesenses – taste, vision, hearing, touch and smell – in an exploration of colour.The dining room, your plate and your glass will be flooded with different colours as each course arrives and the music changes.

With Chef Ellen Parr – alumni of Moro restaurant – is at the helm of the pop-ups’ cuisine.Artist and set designer Alice Hodge will use lighting and transparent materials to create an ever changing environment for your meal to take place within. And music will be provided by Radio One DJ Gemma Cairney.
