Ever since the event was established, the principal focus of the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival has been to offer a creative collaboration between outstanding internationally recognised chefs, and the equally excellent local master chefs of the partner hotels.

From 25th – 29th January 2016 it will be the turn of Japanese master chefs to come together for the 2016 ‘Yokoso Nippon’ edition. This edition of the festival will see nine great Japanese chefs from across Europe and Japan invited to the Upper Engadine to surprise guests with their exceptional and creative culinary fare.
