Since 2009 Chef Sache has offered an important networking platform for the worlds best chefs, managers, sommeliers, hoteliers and many other professionals within the hospitality world.
Now in its seventh year, they have more than 2,800 visitors passing through the doors at the Palladium in Cologne, along with over 60 exhibitors and 140 Michelin-starred chefs.

Chef Sache is a unique event that not only brings together some of the World’s best and Michelin-starred chefs, but also offers an exclusive platform in which to present new products, services, testing ideas and making contacts.
With a further 40 Michelin star chef appearing on stage, the complementary exhibition is also a key part of the programme. It provides a diverse space for information, seminars and presentations to happen in live time, showing the audience what the best chefs are currently working on.
With unforgettable culinary experiences being exhibited, as well as a focus on the importance of wine as part of the fine dining experience, spectators have access to exclusive tastings from sought after companies.
