Join a trio of Michelin-starred chefs for a one-off night of avant-garde delights.

The award-winning Minibar by José Andrés is presenting an exciting chef collaboration event this August. Ideal for gourmands looking to try a sophisticated dining experience, Jorge Hernandez of  the two Michelin-starred restaurant is welcoming Kyle Connaughton from the dual Michelin-starred SingleThread, and John Shields from Two Michelin-starred Smyth for an extraordinary dining experience..

This inspiring, collaborative experience is set to combine the individual talents of each chef to showcase one unique tasting menu with carefully chosen beverage pairings.

The event is taking place as part of an ongoing ‘Mini Series, Major Chefs’ campaign, an exciting partnership with Michelin USA that takes place at least once every quarter. Top chefs from across the United States are invited to cook alongside Jorge for one night only, treating lucky diners to an exceptional food experience.

Previous dinners within the series have included Jorge’s signature sunflower risotto, as well as gourmet cookie jars and banh mi made with meringue. All three of the talented chefs are known across the world for delivering food with finesse – guaranteeing foodies a night of edible delights to remember.
