Paying tribute to Singapore’s reputation as a foodie paradise, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore has curated a brand new Singapore Food Trail experience. Ideal for gourmand travelers, the new experience offers guests the chance to get an authentic taste of Singapore’s famous dining scene.

Accompanied by Executive Sous Chef, Eric Tan, guests will be taken on a gastronomic journey during their stay, to Tiong Bahru Market and Food Centre to savour hawker fare and other heritage foods. Post-visit, With unwind in a Marina Bay Suite with floor-to-ceiling windows and enjoy the traditional Peranakan delicacy of Nonya Kuehserved in a ‘tingkat’ carrier. At the hotel, guests will also gain further culinary insights during a hands-on experience learning to create Rojak, the traditional vegetable and fruit salad dish from the region.

No getaway could be complete without a spot of pampering – those who book the foodie package can also retreat to The Spa, an oasis of tranquillity within the hotel, for an hour of Pandan Bliss. This treatment uses compression techniques and a poultice of natural Pandan leaves to rejuvenate the feet and body.
