Taking place in the stunning Caribbean, join four Michelin chefs as they join culinary forces for a two-day pop-up dinner this June.

Hosted Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort’s Windows on Aruba restaurant, the exciting event will be the Caribbean’s largest Michelin pop-up dinner to date.

With a lineup set to include François Geurds, Erik Van Loo, Edwin Vinke and Jermain De Rozario, this special event is a must-book for any gourmand traveler.

Starting with cocktails before four amuses and an extravagant 5-course dinner (complete with wine pairings from Pepia-Est Aruba) the pop-up is set to be a feast for all the senses.

This rare dining experience will bring together top chefs from across the Netherlands to showcase their unique set of skills and innovative culinary knowledge for an evening of bold flavours and mouthwatering creations.

Known for its haute cuisine, Windows on Aruba will provide the perfect backdrop with its elegant interiors and stunning golf course views.

Chefs set to attend include:

1 François Geurds
Internationally known for his innovative cooking, François opened the first culinary laboratory in the Netherlands where he experiments in the fields of taste and technique.

He is the owner and chef of two restaurants situated right next to each other in the Rotterdam and awarded by Michelin for FG Restaurant (**) and FG Food Labs (*).

He’s also recently been honoured by Guilfred Besaril, Minister Plenipotentiary of Aruba in The Netherlands, as official Cultural Ambassador of Aruba.

2 Erik Van Loo
Located not far from the Rotterdam Euromast and next to the Maas River, Parkheuvel (**) is a round building designed by Klunder Architect, having undergone various tasteful metamorphoses in recent years.

Known for his sauces, Erik cooks classic French cuisine with a modern touch and presentation. In addition to his restaurant, Erik is the consulting chef of The Park, which has been awarded by Michelin with a Bib Gourmand.

3 Edwin Vinke
Edwin Vinke and his wife Blanche opened their restaurant, De Kromme Watergang more than 25 years ago – and it’s progressed to snag 2 Michelin stars.

An old village school converted into a stylish restaurant,Blanche even furnished and added 4 stylish suites to the restaurant so that guests can stay overnight.

Edwin has a love for regional products from Zeeland, including fish and salty flavors, and tries to be as personalised and sustainable as possible.

4 Jermain De Rozario
Jermain was a mere 26 years old with no culinary experience when he became infected with the cooking bug. Now at the age of 34, he is the owner of his own restaurant, De Rozario – which was awarded a Michelin star this year.

Over the years, Jermain has developed his own style, throwing out the culinary rulebook and cooking only what he likes. The 2019 Michelin Guide says Jermain “combines and presents Indonesian and Asian flavors with a lot of creativity. Playful at times, but always striking. A kitchen with punch and finesse!”
