Milan is hosting an impressive week long celebration of food from 7 to 13 May with a lineup of over 100 events to enjoy.

The citywide culinary event will take place in various venues across the city and will offer exciting talks, exhibitions, masterclasses, tastings, showcooking, markets and plenty more.

Foodies will have the chance to try delectable dishes from the city’s finest chefs to digging in at farmers markets and more. No matter your preference, there’s something to treat every tastebud.

Plus, the world’s 21 best young chefs will attend for the final stage of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 cooking competition on 12 and 13 May, with the winner being announced on the final day.

1 Taste of Milano (10 to 13 May, The Mall, Porta Nuova)

This gourmet food fair is an excellent way to try a whopping 60 tasting dishes offered up by a line-up of the city’s most illustrious chefs including Andrea Berton, Claudio Sadler and ten others.

2 Farmer’s Market (11 to 13 May – Castello Sforzesco, Piazza Castello )
Discover the authentic taste of Milan and the Lombardy region at the Campagna Amica three day farmer’s market in the grounds of the imposing castle. Feast on local cheese, cold cuts, jams and preserves,bread and rice, plus plenty more.

3 Organic Festival (12 May, Via dei Mercanti, 20123, Milano MI)
Contests, show cooking and tastings will excite the inundated into the organic world at this celebration in the city centre location.

4 TuttoFood, (6 to 9 May 2018, Fiera Milano)
TUTTOFOOD is the international show dedicated to food & beverage with over 500 exhibitors expected at this 7th industry event.

5 Seeds&Chips (7 to 10 May, MICO Milano Congress, Gate 3) 
The Global Food Innovation Summit welcomes an impressive and diverse speaker line-up, including former Secretary of State, USA’s John F. Kerry and Modernist Cuisine’s Nathan Myhrvold, Blue Hill founder and CEO David Barber, and Italian food journalist Roberta Schira are just a few of those lined up to speak.
