Anatoly Komm, the first Russian laureate of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards and President of the Russian Bosuse d `Or and Denis Martin, the holder of two Michelin stars and eighteen prestigious guide “Gault Millau” points, have joined forces to create gastronomic courses in which they reveal the Michelin starred secrets to their cooking.
The modern gastronomy courses are held at Restaurant Denis Martin’s in the Swiss town Vevey and only 60 lucky people a year can take part in the workshops. Groups of up to 10 people are formed every 2-3 months and all of the classes are hosted, personally, by Anatoly Komm and Denis Martin. In addition, to the course, students are treated to a bespoke tour around the idyllic Vevey region, visiting some of the areas unspoiled treasures from farms, dairies and fishing lands to its much celebrated wineries which Komm and Martin’s students are welcome to visit and, of course, sample.
