Chef Vicky Lau Hosts All-Female, Chef’s-Led Luncheon this Month

In celebration of Asia’s biggest culinary award ceremony heading to to Hong Kong, and along with it all the continent’s gastronomy greats, Chef Vicky Lau of TATE Dining Room will be hosting an invitation-only All-Female Chefs Collaboration Luncheon in on Wednesday 27th March 2019.

To honor the prowess of Female Chefs in Asia, four female chef powerhouses will join forces at TATE Dining Room to prepare a special 4-course lunch for diners with discerning palates.

The star-studded line-up of female chefs include Chef Bee Satongun of 1-Michelin-starred PASTE Bangkok (Asia’s Best Female Chef 2018), Chef Margarita Fores of Grace Park (Asia’s Best Female Chef 2016), and of course, Chef Vicky Lau of 1-Michelin-starred TATE Dining Room (Asia’s Best Female Chef 2015). The lunch will end on a sweet note with signature dessert by Chef Natsuko Shoji of invitation-only restaurant, Été.

The event will follow after the 50 Best Restaurants Asia 2019’s award ceremony.
