A second pop-up for The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong this year, Chef Eneko Atxa, from Aziamendi Restaurant in southernThailandand Azurmendi Restaurant inBilbao,Spainwill be in residence for three nights only. From12 to 14 Maythe chef will create an inspired seven course menu, introducing his traditional Basque cuisine from the northern part ofSpain.

Complementing the cuisine will be an eye-popping exhibition, by rising Indonesian artist, Uji Handoko Eko Saputro. And as if that’s not enough joy already, 15% of all revenue will be donated directlytothe Inspirasia Foundation!

The Chef

The youngest chef inSpainto obtain three Michelin stars, Chef Eneko is the head chef of Aziamendi and Azurmendi Restaurants. Using local ingredients and traditional European techniques, his cuisine combines refined flavours with theatrical presentation. Find out more about his career here.
