Mid-week cocktails are becoming a bit of a ritual here at FOUR – The World’s Best Food Magazine. And to continue the trend, we’ve got our hands on this fabulous ‘Seven Dials Cocktail’ recipe from the team behind London Cocktail Week festival, taking place from 7 – 13 October 2013!
Tipped as the biggest drinks festival in the UK this year, London Cocktail Week returns to the Seven Dials area in Covent Garden from Monday 7to Sunday 13 October 2013, promising more cocktail tastings, master classes, pop up shops and cocktail parties than ever before, in celebration of the capital’s unrivalled cocktail culture.
The most visible and inclusive part of the festival is the Cocktail Tours, seeing over 150 bars across the capital throwing open their doors to offer bespoke and unlimited £4 cocktails throughout the week to all those wearing a London Cocktail Week wristband!
To get you geared up for the week-long celebration, the curators of London Cocktail Week have kindly shared their signature cocktail, eponymously named after the place where most of the action is set to take place – the Seven Dials Cocktail.
Enjoy!

The Seven Dials Cocktail
“A meeting point of ingredients, the Seven Dials cocktail is created using seven key ingredients. The gin and apple juice base is a nod to Seven Dials’ rich heritage, and the striking red colour sums up Seven Dials as a fashion destination, celebrating the wealth of independent boutiques it is home to.” – the team at London Cocktail Week
