Góðarað

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 200g sugar
  • 300g flour
  • 1 dl milk
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom
  • 250g butter

Method

  • First mix all the liquid ingredients together, then gently mix all the dry ingredients into the liquid.
  • Bake with a “góðarað” iron until just brown and crisp. Serve with a big mug of hot coffee or tea.
