The new luxury homes will blend “historic” authenticity and modern innovation in two contrasting towers, with a distinctive ‘San Fransisco’ feel.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resort and 706 Mission Street Co LLC have announced the exciting development of 146 Private Residences located in the heart of San Francisco’s vibrant Yerba Buena arts and cultural district at 706 Mission Street.

Slated for completion in 2020, Four Seasons Private Residences at 706 Mission Street, San Francisco will combine spacious living and world-class elegance with legendary Four Seasons personalised services.

As one of the leaders in branded residences since 1985, Four Seasons currently operates 39 branded Private Residence properties around the world. The Californian hideaways will be no different, offering guests both prestigious living spaces and fantastic services.

Taking its place in the city’s cultural centre, steps from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Contemporary Jewish Museum, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and a host of other cultural destinations, the residences will comprise two towers at 45 and 10 stories high, overlooking Jessie Square.

The new homes will blend “historic” authenticity and modern innovation in two contrasting towers, with a distinctive ‘San Fransisco’ feel.

The guiding design principles include the creation of a dramatic entryway; grand corner living rooms with at least two walls of floor-to-ceiling glass; defined dining areas; adjacent yet private informal family areas and large kitchens positioned to serve as the heart of each home. They will also feature master bedrooms with breath-taking views; large, light filled master baths; in-home offices; and guest bedrooms with in-suite baths.

Whopping in size, most will range from 2,800 to more than 4,000 square feet (260-372+ square metres), with between two to four bedrooms each.

The residential experience will also include an amenity floor on the building’s fifth level. Those lucky enough to call the new residences home can enjoy use of a  fitness centre, lounge with a bar and fireplace plus a private dining and tasting room.

There will also be a landscaped outdoor terrace, affording residents a space to socialise among a discerning community of owners and their guests.

Slated for completion in 2020. Find out more here.
