Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square and La Dame de Pic will be opening in early 2017 with a second Asian restaurant set to open shortly afterwards.

In a landmark of power and prestige – the 1922 headquarters of the Port of London Authority – Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square provides a central City location, near the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the River Thames. This intimate five-star hotel features just 100 accommodations, including 11 spacious suites.

The special way Four Seasons has with luxury combines the hospitality and grace gained from the experience of operating the finest hotels and resorts all around the world.

Housed in an iconic grade II* listed building, formerly the 1922 headquarters of the Port of London Authority, the 100-bedroom hotel will feature two destination restaurants;La Dame de Picfrom acclaimed three Michelin-starred French chefAnne-Sophie Pic, and a second flagship Asian restaurant serving contemporary Japanese and Chinese cuisine, which will open later in 2017.The Rotunda, the hotel’s bar and all-day dining room, completes the food and beverageoffering.

As Anne-Sophie’s first venture in the UK, La Dame de Pic is set to be a vibrant new destination for gourmands in the capital, showcasing the creative cuisine for which she is known, in a classic English environment. Anne-Sophie began her culinary career at the age of 23 at her family’s restaurant, Maison Pic in Valence, southeastern France. With no formal training, in 2007 Anne-Sophie became only the fourth female chef in history to be awarded three Michelin stars and since then has gone on to open restaurants in Lausanne and Paris, garnering awards and accolades along the way. Le Dame de Pic London will be based on a similar concept to the original restaurant of the same name in Paris, showcasing Anne-Sophie’s passion for unexpected flavour combinations with a focus on seasonal and local ingredients.

The Rotunda, which sits at the heart of the hotel, will house a vibrant bar and lounge. The original domed ceiling, which was bombed heavily during World War II, has been beautifully restored to offer a striking centerpiece to the circular room. A luxurious brass bar adds a touch of Art Deco glamour to the space, and the subtly embellished walls aptly depict scenes of the four seasons, providing a spectacular yet understated backdrop.

For relaxation, there’s the City’s most lavish spa sanctuary. Every experience is unified by thoughtful, intelligent Four Seasons service. Bookings will commence from February 13th.
