In its short history, Hibiscus in London has received numerous accolades for its modern French cuisine, including two Michelin stars, and a commendable score of 8/10 in the Good Food Guide.
Claude Bosi’s food has been described as ‘just about perfect’ by the Daily Telegraph, and ‘spectacular’ by Zagat. Claude has also been listed in the Evening Standard’s Top 1000 London’s Most Influential People in the food category. Time Out described Hibiscus as ‘one of the most exciting places to eat in the capital’ (giving it a full 6/6 rating), and listed it as one of London’s Top 100 restaurants.
