The menu consists of simple modern dishes, inspired by our historic gastronomic past and celebrating the very best of British produce.  Heston Blumenthal and Ashley Palmer-Watts, have worked with food historians and the British Library, researching our much celebrated British culinary history.  The result is dishes inspired by recipes dating as far back as the 16th century.
