The Austrian came to Berlin in 2010 and took on his first post as chef de cuisine in Horváth. Thankful for the opportunity given him by the previous owners, Edith Berlinger and Dietmar Schweitzer, he has stood successfully at the helm of this traditional restaurant ever since.
