Anatoly Komm is bringing international acclaim to Russian gastronomic traditions. The successful chef is head-chef and owner of five restuarants, with his latest project Varvary making waves. Komm is the first Russian to have an establishment (in Geneva) listed in the prestigious Michelin guide.
Born in Moscow in 1967 he started out studying geophysics, before moving into the computer business, followed by a stint in the fashion industry, and some travel around Europe. He finally chose his very first passion, cooking, as his ultimate career and has made an amazing success out of it.
