Together with his wife and team, host and Michelin star chef Holger Bodendorf runs the five star superior hotel’s two restaurants: gourmet restaurant Bodendorf’s offers southern French and Mediterranean cuisine, stylish restaurant siebzehn84 serves light dishes and Landhaus Stricker classics. In 2002, Holger Bodendorf was awarded one Michelin Star.
