Frank Buchholz is a widely known TV star chef who always goes the extra mile inorder to achieve outstanding results. His restaurant Buchholz in Mainz on the Rhineriver, for which he was awarded a Michelin star in 2005, serves natural, seasonaland regional cuisine. Additionally, he runs his own cooking school Kochwerkstatt,where hobby chefs can learn basics and special tricks from him. And to top off hisimpressive portfolio he opened Scandinavian-inspired restaurant Bootshaus on thebanks of the Rhine river in 2011 where down to earth food is offered.
