Frank Buchholz is a widely known TV star chef who always goes the extra mile in order to achieve outstanding results. His restaurant Buchholz in Mainz on the Rhine river, for which he was awarded a Michelin star in 2005, serves natural, seasonal and regional cuisine. Additionally, he runs his own cooking school Kochwerkstatt, where hobby chefs can learn basics and special tricks from him. And to top off his impressive portfolio he opened Scandinavian-inspired restaurant Bootshaus on the banks of the Rhine river in 2011 where down to earth food is offered.
