UK-born Michelin star chef William Drabble likes to keep simplicity in his dishes. As Executive Chef of Seven Park Place at St. James’ Hotel and Club, he has brought his acclaim and culinary philosophy to lead it to become a wonderful gastronomic experience. The chef's skills and creativity have earned him 4 AA rosettes and, in October 2012 for the third time, a Michelin star for Seven Park Place .

William worked in some of England’s most influential Michelin starred hotels and restaurants before joining St. James’ Hotel and Club in 2009. He spent over ten years at Aubergine in London’s fashionable Chelsea, gaining a Michelin star in 1999 and maintaining it each year since then. Chef Drabble’s career also includes roles as Head Chef at Michael’s Nook Country House Hotel, where he gained the Michelin star for the venue, and Sous Chef at Tom Aikens’ Pied a Terre.

Seven Park Place is a neo-French haute cuisine is crafted using the best British seasonal produce. With inspired seasonal dishes, the menu features creations like delicate marinated hand-dived scallops with Dorset crab and blood orange mayonnaise. The restaurant offers an exquisite wine list with newly-discovered seasonal treasures, alongside stunning vintage bottles.
