Filled with traditional, festive dishes the incredible menu includes double boiled dried oysters, braised whole abalone with fish maw and beche-de-mer, as well as a bounty of Lunar New Year Dim Sum.

Recently double Michelin star acclaimed restaurant, Tin Lung Heen at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is a wonderful option for Chinese New Year. To celebrate Chinese New Year, there will be a six-course degustation lunch and eight-course degustation dinner menu..
