For the ninth year in a row, the Weekend des Grands Crus offers wine enthusiasts the opportunity to taste over a hundred Grand Crus wines, meet and dine with châteaux owners and visit their estates.

Easing into the weekend, there will be a tasting - a pleasure usually reserved for wine trade professionals -  and introduction to the châteaux owners, alongside a tasting dinner, which will, of course will blend the finest wines and food. Over 100 great Bordeaux Grands Crus vintages, including Léoville Barton – Second Classified Growth in 1855, will be under one roof with experts divulging wine secrets to their succes.

Day two will include vineyard tours, giving you a chance to see the beautiful region and to enjoy a slice of chateau life over lunch. There’s also an opportunity to visit a selection of vineyards belonging to members of the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux who will have open doors to those wanting an insight into winemaking. Topped off with an all-day golf tournament at the Golf du Médoc golf course, you really couldn’t want for a more lovely wine weekend…
