Cassis Japon

Ingredients

30ml Hakutsuru Sake

30ml crème de Cassis

90ml sparkling water

A slice of lemon

Method

Combine the ingredients in a glass and stir

 

‘Hana-Fubuki’, Shower of Blossom

Ingredients

45ml Hakutsuru Sake

45ml mineral water

1tbsp cranberry syrup

Salted flower petals

Method

Soak the salted flower petals in water for 10 minutes to remove the salt. Combine the Hakutsuru Sake and mineral water in a muddler glass and stir. Pour cranberry syrup gently into the glass from the rim and garnish with petals.

 

‘Ryofu’, Cool Breeze

Ingredients

60ml Hakutsuru Sake

2tbsp lime juice

A slice of lime

Method

Combine the ingredients in a glass and garnish with a lime.

 

‘Yukimai’, Snow Dance

Ingredients

30ml Hakutsuru Sake

30ml mineral water

A mint leaf

Method

Combine the ingredients in a bottle and keep in the freezer for about two hours. Pour the semi-frozen mixture into a chilled glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
