Tom Aikens will be presenting his innovative style of cooking at the Royal Palm Mauritius from March 25 – 27, 2013. Guests at the resort will be able to join Tom in the kitchen for private master classes before sitting down for a private four-course dinner, cooked by the chef.
Tom will be working with the Royal Palm’s chef, Michel de Matteis, and the island’s local suppliers to recreate some of his signature French dishes, giving them a Mauritian twist.
For those wanting to experience Tom Aikens’ culinary skills in Mauritius, the master class costs £150pp, including two morning master classes with the chef, champagne on the beach, food demonstrations and three four-course dinners cooked by Tom each evening.
