A recent YouGov poll found that over a third of travellers isn’t happy with the quality of the food on board. To improve their quality of service, Eurostar has teamed up with two Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc. Blanc has been announced as the new culinary director of the high-speed train, working together with Eurostar’s catering suppliers in Belgium, the UK and France, with the aim of creating innovative, seasonal and sustainable menus. Dishes on offer to Business Class passengers will include mackerel salad and chocolate delice with praline custard.
